Let’s take it from a stage where the song is still with the producerContent creation ideas – before the song is finished, the artist should brainstorm and write down content ideas.

1. Count forward – I will advise all artists out there to add 3 weeks to confirm their release date, as soon as their songs have been mixed and mastered. This ample time covers the content-making period and also the cover art.
2. A minimum of 14 skit videos (between 30s-60s length). 3 sets of clothes depending on the content idea. Have buddies, and dancers where applicable.
3. Distribute to DSPs (such as Distrokid, CDbaby, Tunecore, Symphonic, Ditto) as soon as the mixing and mastering, and cover art are ready. And should also make sure the TikTok second is chosen appropriately.
4. Go live a few times on Instagram, and TikTok just to run some anticipations to fans, and get their opinions on the song.s
5. Shoot a viral video as the lead video to be posted as soon as the song has been released. Get a cheap videographer, somebody with the required skills.
6. Post the content every day (between 1-2 videos), depending on the engagement.
7. The artist can then go out to shoot 8 extra videos.
8. Once the song gets a lot of traction, the artist needs to amplify the song, but get funds to promote the song, by asking music business-minded people, and also try as much as possible to create:
   1. Creative videos (memes)
   2. Lyrics videos
